Chewing gums are really good for acid reflux and the reason behind this is that when you chew the gum for long hours, it increases the saliva in your body, which is the best and natural anti acid known.

Sleeping in a wrong posture can increase the acid reflux in your stomach, if you can sleep with raising your head little bit, it can be comfortable and at the same time it reverses the condition of acid reflux.
